About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 28, 2023 No. 1135/5
According to the paragraph of Item 2 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of April 10, 2023 No. 3022-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of access to free legal aid" I ORDER the fourth:
1. In heading, preamble and Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 28, 2023 "About approval of Criteria of determination of the organizations which are important for industry of national economy in the field of provision of free legal assistance" of the word of "legal assistance" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 28, 2023 at No. 531/39587, shall be replaced with words No. 1135/5 "legal aid".
2. Bring in Criteria of determination of the organizations which are important for industry of national economy in the field of provision of free legal assistance, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 28, 2023 No. 1135/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 28, 2023 at No. 531/39587, the following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in heading of the word of "legal assistance" "legal aid";
2) in Item 1:
in paragraph one and subitem 1 of the word of "legal assistance" shall be replaced with words "legal aid";
in subitem 2 of the word of "legal services" shall be replaced with words "legal services".
3. To management of justice and punitive justice (Oleynik A.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 03, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
