1. Approve Regulations on the organization and holding paid training in public service it (is applied).

2. The state office give to bodies of the public power methodical help in application of provisions of the corresponding regulatory framework.

Letter and) the subitem 2) Item 9 of appendix No. 9 to the Order of the Government No. 201/2009 on enforcement of provisions of the Law No. 158/2008 on the state position and the status of the government employee (2009, Art. No. 55-56, 249), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the paragraph of the following content:

"the organization and holding paid training in public service;".

4. Item 7 of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 657/2009 on approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the State office, its structure and extreme number (2009, No. 162, Art. 724), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the letter g 2) of the following content:

"g 2) provides the organization and holding paid training in public service as the national coordinator of training;".
