"Chapter 6. Procedure for realization (shipment) for ethyl alcohol for export
39. Export of ethyl alcohol is performed only by legal resident persons of the Republic of Kazakhstan having the license for production of ethyl alcohol.
40. Export of ethyl alcohol is allowed with use of shipping package (container) permitted to use by international agreements about international delivery of dangerous goods the corresponding modes of transport, international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
41. Realization (shipment) of ethyl alcohol for export within this Chapter is understood as filling alcohol from measuring tanks of spirtokhranilishch of the Supplier in container, transport, and also execution of the established documents and sending transport with ethyl alcohol from the territory of the Supplier.
42. The realization (shipment) of ethyl alcohol for export by the Supplier is enabled daily Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 17:00 o'clock one o'clock in the afternoon on the local time zone.
The realization (shipment) of ethyl alcohol is not enabled from 17:00 o'clock in the afternoon till 10:00 o'clock the next day on the local time zone, and also in holidays and the days off according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
