In the Regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of public welfare payments for special merits before the state approved by the Order of the Government No. 1413/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 239-242, 1466), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. The personal allowance is granted in the following sizes:

a) to persons awarded honorary titles (including the ranks equated to them), – 50 lei;

b) to persons awarded with crosses and medals (including the medals equated to them), – 50 lei;

c) to persons awarded with medals "Meritul Militar", "Pentru Vitejie" (including the medals equated to them), – 150 lei;

d) to persons who are awarded the order by "Credinta Patriei" of 1st, 2nd or 3rd degree for participation in fighting on protection of territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova – 300 lei;

e) to persons awarded with awards (including the awards equated to them), – 100 lei;

f) to persons awarded with the awards "Red Banner", "Award of Patriotic War" 1 or 2nd of degree or "the Award of the Red Star" – 500 lei;

g) to persons who are awarded the order by "Stefan cel Mare" – 700 lei;
