About modification of the Regulations on procedure for provision and payment of additional vacation to some categories of persons approved by the Order of the Government No. 1419/2006

In the Regulations on procedure for provision and payment of additional vacation to some categories of persons approved by the Order of the Government No. 1419/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 195-198, 1518), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. to add Item 1 after the text of "14 calendar days" with the text" (further – additional vacation)";

1.2. state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. The amount of payment of additional vacation is calculated the employer based on the application submitted by the applicant on condition of provision of copies of the documents specified in item 4. If person works in several organizations, the amount of payment of additional vacation is calculated each employer for the same period of additional vacation.";

1.3. 5, 6 and 7 to state Items in the following edition:

"5. The statement and documents specified in item 4 are filed by the applicant to all organizations in which it performs the activities, till December 31 of the corresponding year.

6. The amount necessary for payment of additional vacation is calculated employers / employers within 3 days from the date of filing of application according to the Procedure for calculation of the average salary approved by the Order of the Government No. 426/2004. Information on the amount calculated for payment of additional vacation and the period of provision of additional vacation is declared by employers / employers according to the procedure for provision of the electronic reporting established by the legislation.
