For the purpose of full and effective use of opportunities of medical and improving tourism in the country, establishing activities of clusters of medical tourism and modern sanatoria of hotel type, creation of system of additional support of the subjects of entrepreneurship who are engaged in these types of activity and also ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 12, 2024 No. UP-9 "About Measures for Significant Increase in Flow of Foreign Tourists to the Republic and Further Activation of Internal Tourism":

1. Approve offers of Committee on tourism under the Ministry of ecology, environmental protection and climate change (further - Committee on tourism), the Ministries of Health, the Ministry of Economics and finance and the Ministries of Foreign Affairs providing:

program implementation "Hospitality of medical services" ("Medical service hospitality");

implementation of monitoring system of service quality, rendered by the public and private medical institutions, and also sanatoria and boarding houses;

establishing activities of the clusters of medical tourism rendering joint services "consulting - diagnostics - treatment - tour operator - transport - the medical translator", and implementation of mechanisms of their encouragement;

development of brand of medical and improving tourism of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the name "Avicenna" and its permanent promotion;

establishing activities of the sanatoria of hotel type having categories (star), and implementation of system of their certification;

creation of sanatorium zones in mountainous areas, in the territories with deposits of therapeutic muds, and also with the water objects referred to category medical and water objects (with thermal waters) sanitary and improving value;
