About modification of the Regulations on application of corrective actions by the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 73, 74 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for application of measures of influence of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Bring in Chapter 7 of the Section II of the Provisions on application of corrective actions by the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 17, 2012 No. 346, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 17, 2012 at No. 1590/21902 (with changes), the following changes:

Item 7.21 after the paragraph of the twenty fourth to add 1) with the new paragraph the twenty fifth the following content:

"Calculation of penalty in case of making of two or more facts (cases) of violations within one type of violations of requirements of the legislation concerning financial monitoring is performed within the size of the penalty for such type of violations established in subitems 1-7 of Item 7.21 of Chapter 7 of the Section II of this provision on the date of making of the last of the elicited facts (cases) of violations.";
