About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry No. 16 of February 5, 2010
Considering that the operating regulatory framework in the field of organic production does not provide deadline of registration of operators of organic economy and groups of operators, and considering necessary to provide continuity of the procedure of registration of activities of operators in organic agriculture, according to the subitem 1) of Item 5 of the Order of the Government No. 433/2024 on the control system and certification of ecological production, recognition of inspection bodies and supervision of their activities (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 314-317, 634), based on part and) article 37 of the Law No. 237/2023 on ecological production and labeling of ecological products (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, 596), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to Art. No. 338-340,:
1. In the order of the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry No. 16 of 5.02.2010 about approval of the Regulations on registration of economic agents in organic agrofood production and Regulations of registration of the economic agents making ecological agricultural products (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 120-127 450), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1.1. In the order "The law No. 115-XVI of 9.06.2005 on production of ecological agricultural products" to replace the text with the text of "The law No. 237/2023 on ecological production and labeling of ecological products", and the text "and Regulations of the EU 834/2007 European Union of June 28, 2007 "About production and labeling of ecological products", and also No. 2092/91 which voided Regulations of Council (SEE)" to exclude recognitions;
