About recognition voided the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 103/2005 on regulation of records in personal accounts of taxpayers
Due to the updating of the provisions regulating records in personal accounts of taxpayers the Order of the Main state tax authorities No. 400/2014 on approval of the Instruction for accounting of obligations to the budget (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 72-77, Art. 399, from 28.03.2014), and for the purpose of exception of duplication of existing rules of accounting of obligations to the budget I ORDER:
1. Declare invalid the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 103/2005 on regulation of records in personal accounts of taxpayers.
2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
