About approval of the Regulations on import and export of ecological products
Based on part (4) Article 33 and part (2) article 34 of the Law No. 237/2023 on ecological production and labeling of ecological products (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 338-340, 596), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Regulations on import and export of ecological products it (is applied).
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.
3. To assign monitoring of implementation of this resolution to the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the effective date the Law No. 82/2024 on official control in the agrofood sphere.
