About modification of Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission

The supreme Eurasian economic council solved:

1. Bring in the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, the following changes:

a) add Item 142 with the subitem 23 following of content:

"23) drafts of decisions of Council of the Commission on introduction of emergency phytosanitary measure on customs area of the Union.";

b) to add appendix No. 1 to the specified Regulations with Items 52-1 and 52-2 of the following content:

"52-1. Approval of order of interaction of state members concerning introduction of emergency phytosanitary measures.

52-2. Decision making about introduction of emergency phytosanitary measure on customs area of the Union.".

2. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Protocol on introduction of amendments to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of the May 29, 2014 signed on May 25, 2023.
