1. Insurance companies represent to the State inspectorate for supervision of insurance and non-state pension funds (further - inspection) the following financial and accounting and statistical reporting, and also information necessary for creation of these reports for the quarter accounting periods of 2007:

1.1. Financial statement, including:

1.1.1. The balance sheet (the appendix N3 to the Resolution of inspection N53 of 14.04.1998 about approval and enforcement of additional account groups and accounts of the first procedure for the financial statement for insurance companies of the Republic of Moldova, with the subsequent amendments and changes (The PM N105-107/205 official monitor of 26.11.1998);

1.1.2. The report on financial results (the appendix N4 to the Resolution of inspection N53 of 14.04.1998);

1.1.3. The cash flow statement (the appendix N5 to the Resolution of inspection N53 of 14.04.1998);

1.2. Specialized form N 5, including:

1.2.1. Report on the main indicators of insurance activity;

1.2.2. Forming of reserves of fees on long-term types of insurance and technical reserves by types other, than life insurance, including:

- forming of reserves of insurance premiums on long-term types of insurance;

- forming of technical reserves by types other, than life insurance;

1.2.3. Calculation of observance of normative inventories of solvency;
