The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for selection of projects in the spheres of alternative types of fuel, energy efficiency and energy saving which are subject to financing according to the Framework agreement between the government of Ukraine and the Government of the Kingdom of Denmark of rather general terms and procedures, organizational actions and financial sales terms of the Danida Business Finance program in Ukraine which is applied.
2. In paragraph five of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 11, 2020 No. 1094 "Some questions of implementation of the Framework agreement between the government of Ukraine and the Government of the Kingdom of Denmark of rather general terms and procedures, organizational actions and financial sales terms of the Danida Business Finance program in Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 93, the Art. 3000) words "energy efficiency, energy saving and renewable power" shall be replaced with words "alternative types of fuel, energy efficiency and energy saving".
