Changes which are made to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning simplification of procedure for appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death) or disability of some categories of persons according to the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection"

Procedure for appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death) or disability of some categories of persons according to the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection"

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death) or disability owing to wound, contusions, mutilations or diseases got during participation in anti-terrorist operation, implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, in the actions necessary for ensuring defense of Ukraine, protection of safety of the population and interests of the state in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, some categories of persons (further - the one-time monetary assistance) according to the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" (further - the Law).

2. The terms used in this Procedure have the following value:

1) electronic office component of the Unified state register of veterans of war (further - the Register) which is intended for access for users of electronic office to the Register for the purpose of introduction and receipt of information from it;

2) the applicant - person with disability owing to war specified in Items 11-16 of part two of article 7 of the Law, the family member of the died (died) Defender or the Defender of Ukraine specified in part four of article 10-1 of the Law, their legal representative or the authorized person which addresses for appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance;

3) the user of electronic office applicant, the worker Minveteranov, the administrator of the center of provision of administrative services (further - the center) to whom access to electronic office according to the rights of the user determined for it is provided and which underwent the procedure of electronic identification and authentication;

4) appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance - public (electronic public) the service provided Minveteranam on the application submitted in paper or electronic form by results of which consideration the decision in the form of the order on appointment (refusal in appointment) and payment of the one-time monetary assistance is made.
