According to article 102 of the Housing code of the Republic of Belarus citizens acquire the property right to premises on the basis:

constructions of the apartment house, part of the apartment house, apartment;

privatizations of the occupied premises of the state housing stock;

acceptances of premises in inheritance;

registrations of the property right to premises organization member of citizens builders;

transfers of the apartment house, the apartment to them in property instead of the demolished apartment house in connection with withdrawal of the parcel of land for the state needs;

transfers of premises to them in property instead of lost in connection with capital repairs or reconstruction of the apartment house;

making of civil transactions;

on other bases provided by legal acts of the Republic of Belarus.
