Bring in the Procedure for maintaining the Unified register of tax delivery notes approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2010 No. 1246 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 1, Art. 31; 2017, No. 43, Art. 1332; 2018, No. 30, Art. 1062; 2021, No. 35, Art. 2074; 2024, No. 49, the Art. 2988) changes which are applied.

1. In the first offer of Item 5 of the word and figures "Items 200-1. 3, 200-1.9 Articles 200-1 and Items 201. 201.10 and 201.16 articles 201 of the Code" shall be replaced with words 1, also in figures "Items 200-1. 3, 200-1.9 Articles 200-1, Items 201. 1, 201.10 both 201.16 Articles 201 and Item 97 of subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Code", and the words "in accordance with the established procedure" - words and figures "the order of the Ministry of Finance of June 6, 2017 No. 557".
2. In paragraph five of Item 10 and the first offer of Item 11 of the word "in accordance with the established procedure" shall be replaced with words also in figures "the order of the Ministry of Finance of June 6, 2017 No. 557".
