Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 24, 2022 No. 2411 "About advancing of agreements (public contracts) on delivery of manufactured goods for the state and municipal needs, and also for needs of defense of the country and safety of the state" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 1, Art. 235; No. 28, Art. 5206; 2024, No. 25, Art. 3506).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 24, 2022 No. 2411

1. State Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Determine that the main managers of means of the federal budget as receivers of means of the federal budget and receivers of means of the federal budget subordinated to them provide advance payments in the amount of at least 80 percent of the price of the agreement (public contract) on delivery of manufactured goods for the state and municipal needs, and also for needs of defense of the country and safety of the state (further - the agreement (public contract), but no more limits of the budget obligations brought to them in accordance with the established procedure on the specified purposes for the corresponding financial year:

in the agreements (public contracts) signed by them in 2022 - 2024 concerning manufactured goods according to the list according to appendix No. 1;

in the agreements (public contracts) signed by them from the date of entry into force of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 11, 2024 No. 1363 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 24, 2022 No. 2411" till December 31, 2026 inclusive concerning manufactured goods according to the list according to appendix No. 2.".
