About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 6, 2016 No. 393

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Item 3 of general requirements to procedure for decision making about recognition hopeless to debt collection on payments in budgets of budget system of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 6, 2016 No. 393 "About general requirements to procedure for decision making about recognition hopeless to debt collection on payments in budgets of budget system of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 20, Art. 2833; 2020, No. 28, Art. 4427).

Changes which are made to Item 3 of general requirements to procedure for decision making about recognition hopeless to debt collection on payments in budgets of budget system of the Russian Federation

1. In the subitem "an" of the word "the statement from the reporting" to replace with the word "reference".

2. Add the subitem "b" with words ", the powers of the administrator of budget receipts provided by regulations of realization on collection of receivables on payments in the budget, to penalty fee and penalties on them established according to Article 160.1 of the Budget code of the Russian Federation".

3. In the subitem "v":

a) to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:
