Changes which are made to Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of communication

1. State Item 11 in the following edition:

"11. The regulatory (supervising) authority or its territorial authorities for risk management objectives of damnification (damage) to the values protected by the law when implementing the state control (supervision) refer objects of the state control (supervision) to one of the following categories of risk of damnification (damage) (further - categories of risk):

a) high risk;

b) significant risk;

c) average risk;

b) concerning the objects of the state control (supervision) referred to category of significant risk - documentary check or exit check with frequency once in 3 years;

c) concerning the objects of the state control (supervision) referred to category of average risk - documentary check or exit check with frequency once in 4 years;
