About introduction of amendments to the Order of the director of the State Tax Administration No. 427/2018

According to Art. 132-3 of part (10) and Art. 226-11 of part (4) the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (repeated publication: Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, special release of February 8 2007), with subsequent changes, I ORDER:

1. Order of the State Tax Administration No. 427/2018 of. "About determination of procedure, structure and conditions of provision of information by the subjects specified in Article 92 and article 226-11 of the Tax Code" to change as follows:

1. Appendix No. 6 "Information provided by the notaries and other persons performing notarial activities" to change 1) according to appendix to this order.

1. 2) in appendix No. 16 "The information provided by the Agency of the state services about determination of the tax liabilities connected with alienation of real estate by physical persons, provided by part (9) article 92 of the Tax Code" in all text of the word "Agency of the State Services" shall be replaced with words "IP Kadastr of the real estate".

2. Provisions of subitem 1.1 of this order are applied since the accounting period of 2025.

3. In departure from part provisions (1) article 56 of the Law No. 100/2017 on regulations this order becomes effective since January 1, 2025, except for subitem 1. 2, which becomes effective from the date of publication of this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
