1) in Article 3:

a) add Item 3 with words ", and also in case of complex construction of industrial facilities in the territories of foreign states";

b) in Item 9 the word "the industries;" shall be replaced with words "the industries including directed to implementation of state programs (subprogrammes) of the Russian Federation and providing conditions for support of scientific and technical activities, innovative activities and construction activities when implementing industrial policy. The specified organizations performing the measures of stimulation of activities in the field of the industry providing conditions for support of construction activities can perform such activities;";

c) add with Items 28 - 30 following contents:

"28) industrial facility - the real estate unit used by the subject of activities in the field of the industry for production or storage of industrial output;

29) construction activities - complex of works on development of the project documentation, to construction and commissioning of industrial facility;
