Ltd" the Republics South Korea, signed on September 14, 2023 in the city of Dushanbe, the amount of the penalties levied for road traffic offense from the "Intellectual System of Photo and Video Fixing of Road Traffic Offences at Stops of Route Vehicles and Movements on the Strips Provided for Route Vehicles by means of the Automated System of Special Means in the field of Transport on Automobile Streets and City Roads of Dushanbe" project during operation of the agreement is transferred to the account of Executive body of the government of the city of Dushanbe.".
