About change and recognition voided some orders of the Government (assistance of business activity of VI)

Based on Item h) article 6 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. Recognize to invalid:

2.1. The order of the Government No. 1141/2006 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for ledger maintenance of claims (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, No. 161, the Art. 1233);

2.2. The order of the Government No. 1123/2010 about approval of Safety requirements of personal data in case of their processing in information systems of personal data (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 254-256, 1282).
