Points of order

1. The address of the deputy of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova – Adrian Albu, brought into the Constitutional court on April 12, 2023, according to provisions of Art. 135 of h (1) the item and) formed the basis for consideration of the case to the Constitution, Art. 25 of the item g) the Law on the Constitutional court and Art. 38 of h (1) the item g) the Code of the constitutional jurisdiction.

2. The author of the address asks the Constitutional court to check constitutionality of following provisions:

- Art. 232 of h (2) and h (41) the Law on judicial system No. 514 of July 6, 1995;

- Art. 3 of h (3), h (32) and h (33) and Art. 9 of h (2) the Law on the Supreme council of magistracy No. 947 of July 19, 1996 and

- Art. 15 of h (11) the Law on some measures for candidate screen to position of the member of self-government institutions of judges and prosecutors No. 26 of March 10, 2022.

3. During consideration of the address the Constitutional court requested opinion of the Government, Parliament, the President of the Republic of Moldova, Association of judges Moldova, Associations of judges "Justice voice", Institute European the politician and reforms and the Center of legal resources of Moldova.
