About classification of the directing shovel of the gas turbine according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. The directing shovel of the gas turbine representing product of irregular geometrical shape intended for management of flow of the hot gas arriving from the combustion chamber made of heat resisting steel having special channels for air chilling, technological grooves for installation in the gas turbine (the gas turbine engine) with rated power of gas turbine engine more than 5000 kW, but no more than 50 000 kW, according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 and 6 is classified in subsubline item 8411 99 001 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. The directing shovel of the gas turbine representing product of irregular geometrical shape intended for management of flow of the hot gas arriving from the combustion chamber made of heat resisting steel having special channels for air chilling, technological grooves for installation in the gas turbine (the gas turbine engine) with rated power of gas turbine engine more than 50 000 kW according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 and 6 is classified in subsubline item 8411 99 009 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
