About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, Criminal and Criminal procedural codes of Ukraine concerning optimization of activities of specialists in criminal proceedings

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

1) Article 185-3 part three in paragraph one the word of "expert" shall be replaced with words "the expert, the specialist";

2) in the name and paragraph one of Article 185-4 the word of "expert" shall be replaced with words "the expert, the specialist".

2. In the Criminal code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131):

Article 358 part two in paragraph one the word "expert" shall be replaced with words 1) "the expert, the specialist";

2) Article 365-2 part one in paragraph one the word of "expert" shall be replaced with words "the expert, the specialist";

3) in Article 368-4:

4) in the name and paragraph one of part one of Article 385 the word of "expert" shall be replaced with words "the expert, the specialist".

3. In the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. No. 9-13, 88):

1) in Article 71:

in part one:

word in paragraph one "explanations, references and conclusions" shall be replaced with words "explanations, references, conclusions and other documents";
