About modification of the Regulations on the State Tax Administration of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on the State Tax Administration of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2019 No. 227 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 26, Art. 900; 2023, No. 60, the Art. 3386, No. 82, the Art. 4704), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the State Tax Administration of Ukraine

1. In item 4:

Subitem 18 to state 1) in the following edition:

"18) is performed by repayment of tax debt, collection of shortage on payment of single fee and other payments, control of which collection is imposed on monitoring bodies;";

2) in subitem 22 of the word "the taxpayers having tax debt, and/or suspension of account transactions on them" shall be replaced with words "the taxpayer and/or suspension of account transactions on it";

Subitem 55 to state 3) in the following edition:

"55) exercises control of tax risks within the powers determined by the Tax code of Ukraine;";

Subitem 75 to exclude 4);

"Mass media" to replace 5) in subitem 76 of the word with the word of "media";

6) to add Item with subitem 84-7 of the following content:

"84-7) performs комплаенс within the powers determined by the Tax code of Ukraine;".
