Make change to Item 8 of the Procedure for preparation of offers of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning application, cancellation and the modification of sanctions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2016 No. 888 "Some questions of preparation of offers of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning application, cancellation and modification of sanctions" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 97, of the Art. 3163), having stated paragraph two in the following edition:
"The basis for initiation of such offers is obtaining the MFA from foreign diplomatic organization of Ukraine of official documentary confirmation concerning application, cancellation and modification of sanctions against certain states or faces. Such documentary confirmation shall contain official data with the relevant documents on application of sanctions (with indication of the purpose, type and the bases of the applied sanctions, the list of persons to whom sanctions are applied) signed by the head of foreign diplomatic organization of Ukraine.".
