c) add notes with Item 5 of the following content:

"5. The list of pathogenic biological agents for the purposes of this Article, and also article 248 of this Code affirms the Government of the Russian Federation.";

2) in Article 248:

a) state the name in the following edition:

"Article 248. Abuse of regulations of safety in case of the treatment of pathogenic biological agents";

b) word part one in paragraph one "microbiological or other biological agents or toxins" shall be replaced with words "pathogenic biological agents";

c) add with part three of the following content:
