Bring in article 5 of the Federal Law of February 17, 2023 No. 16-FZ "About features of legal regulation of the relations in spheres of health protection, compulsory medical insurance, drug circulation and address of medical products in connection with acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 8, Art. 1194; No. 49, Art. 8663) following changes:
1) regarding 1 word "Till January 1, 2025" shall be replaced with words "Till January 1, 2026", words of "means of budgets of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region" shall be replaced with words "means of the federal budget, budgets of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region, and also means of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund";
