Article 1

Bring in article 33.4 of the Federal Law of December 15, 2001 No. 167-FZ "About mandatory pension insurance in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 51, Art. 4832; 2022, No. 29, Art. 5204; 2023, No. 1, Art. 16; No. 12, Art. 1877; No. 26, Art. 4675; No. 29, Art. 5317; 2024, No. 1, Art. 13; No. 29, Art. 4105) following changes:

1) in Item 1:

a) in subitem 2:

declare paragraph two invalid;

b) add with subitem 2.1 of the following content:

"2. 1) for the insurers specified in the subitem 4 of Item 1 of article 427 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, making payments and other remunerations to members of the crews of vessel registered in the Russian international register of courts (except for the courts used for storage and transfer of oil, oil products and liquefied natural gas in seaports of the Russian Federation), for execution of labor obligations of the crew member of the vessel, according to Item 2.3 of article 427 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, - concerning these payments and remunerations;";

Item 2 to add 2) with subitem 2.1 of the following content:

"2. 1) during 2023 - 2037 for the insurers specified in subitem 2.1 of Item 1 of this Article in the amount of 0,0 of percent of share of the single lowered tariff;".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
