About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 5, 2020 No. 428 "About some questions of the Agency on protection and development of the competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I DECIDE:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 5, 2020 No. 428 "About some questions of the Agency on protection and development of the competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change and amendments:

in Regulations on the Agency on protection and development of the competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:

in Item 15:

add with subitem 5-1) of the following content:

"5-1) carrying out the analysis of legal acts regarding availability in them of provisions which brought or can be led to restriction or elimination of the competition;";

13) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"13) analysis and monitoring of activities of conglomerates;";

add with subitem 13-1) of the following content:

"13-1) approval of rules of carrying out analysis and monitoring of activities of conglomerates;";

add with subitem 82-2) of the following content:

"82-2) development and approval of rules of carrying out monitoring of activities of persons rendering measures of the state support regarding observance of requirements, stipulated in Article 194 Entrepreneurial codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except for activities of state bodies and legal entities for realization of complex of anti-recessionary actions for the support of economy, stimulation of business activity and employment of the population initiated at the request of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";

add with subitem 83-1) of the following content:

"83-1) maintaining the state register of conglomerates;";
