in Regulations on the procedure for stay of foreign citizens in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add item 4 with the subitem 7 of the following content:
"7) the organized group of tourists is the organized group of persons consisting from 5 to 25 people who jointly go to the Kyrgyz Republic along in advance planned tourist route or the program.";
- add with Item 15-1 of the following content:
"15-1. According to the petition of authorized state body in the field of tourism the citizens of People's Republic of China arriving to the Kyrgyz Republic organized groups of tourists can stay in visa-free regime for up to 21 days in the presence of the return air ticket to the country of nationality or to the third country with the right of repeated entrance in visa-free procedure after 21 days from the date of departure from the Kyrgyz Republic.".
