About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 18, 2022 No. 155
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by Articles 70, 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, I decide:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 18, 2022 No. 155 the following change:
- in Item 2 of figure "446", "2006" to replace respectively with figures "143", "2394".
2. Determine that the employees having the status of the government civil servant upon transition to public institution "Department on ensuring activities of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic" under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic keep the status of the government civil servant.
3. This Decree becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
