Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of February 9, 2017 No. 85 "About approval of the Procedure for providing with means in foreign currency in system of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 10, 2017 at No. 329/30197 (with changes).
