About modification of the Regulations on the procedure of holding examination for receipt of the right to control of vehicles, about procedure for issue and effective period of the car driver license, approved by the Order of the Government No. 181/2022

 Based on part (1) article 21 of the Law No. 131/2007 on traffic safety (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 11-21, 6), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In Regulations on the procedure of holding examination for receipt of the right to control of vehicles, about procedure for issue and effective period of the car driver license, approved by the Order of the Government No. 181/2022 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 98-105, 277), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. state Item 17 in the following edition:

"17. Persons petitioning for the admission to examination for receipt of the right to control of vehicles or their new categories / subcategories after the termination of the rates organized by organizations on training in the field of road transportation whose term after their termination at the time of filing of application exceeded one calendar year will be allowed to examination only if they produce the evidence of the termination of rate of practical preparation for control of the vehicle of the asked category / subcategory, according to the installed / accredited programs of preparation, confirmed by means of registration in the Automated information system "The Register of Organizations on Training of Transport Drivers and Trainees" which will be effective for the admission to examination within one year from the moment of the termination.

For persons which ended the rates organized by organizations on training in the field of road transportation on the corresponding category before entry into force of provisions of the previous paragraph, these provisions will be applied after one year from this date.";
