About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 27, 2024 No. 72

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 27, 2024 No. 72 "About introduction of temporary quantitative restriction on import of separate types of seeds of agricultural plants" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 6, the Art. 838).

2. To provide to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation to the Federal Customs Service within 2 working days from the date of entry into force of this resolution information on grades of separate types of the seeds included in the State register of grades and hybrids of the agricultural plants allowed to use and originator of grades or hybrids of separate types of seeds which as of February 15, 2024 were the legal entities and physical persons registered in the unfriendly countries specified in Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 27, 2024 to No. 72 "About introduction of temporary quantitative restriction import of separate types of seeds of agricultural plants".

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
