1) in Article 1:

a) in paragraph six of the word "in the field of agro-industrial complex, to rendering the state services in the field of agro-industrial complex" shall be replaced with words "in the field of safe handling of pesticides and agrochemicals";

b) the twelfth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"laboratory researches of pesticides and agrochemicals - the researches of pesticides and agrochemicals conducted by the Russian test laboratories (centers), foreign test laboratories (centers) for the purpose of data acquisition about properties of pesticides and agrochemicals and (or) assessment of threat of damnification of life, to human health, harm to the environment including for the purpose of determination of residual amount of active ingredients of pesticides and agrochemicals in the environment and agricultural products;";

c) the thirteenth to declare the paragraph invalid;

d) the fifteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the Russian test laboratory (center) - the Russian legal entity recognized to the corresponding principles of proper laboratory practice, the corresponding principles of proper laboratory practice of Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation;";

e) the sixteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
