Article 1

1) in Article 322.1:

a) to state paragraph two of part one in the following edition:

"it is punished by imprisonment for a period of two up to five years with penalty at the rate to five hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convict for the period up to three years or without that and with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to five years or without that.";

b) the second to state part in the following edition:

"2. Same acts, committed:

a) group of persons by previous concert;

b) person with use of the official position;

c) for the purpose of crime execution in the territory of the Russian Federation or with the purpose to hide other crime or to facilitate its making;

d) with use of forgery documents, and it is equal with withdrawal, concealment or destruction of identity documents;

e) with use of information and telecommunication networks, including Internet networks, -

are punished by imprisonment for a period of five up to ten years with penalty at the rate to one million rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convict for the period up to five years or without that and with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to seven years or without that.";
