1. Determine that the goods imported into the Kyrgyz Republic within implementation of the Investment project on upgrade and reconstruction of oil refinery of Kyrgyz Petroleum Company private company by the following participants of the Investment agreement on upgrade and reconstruction of oil refinery of Kyrgyz Petroleum Company private company are exempted from payment of charges for making of the customs transactions connected with release of goods:
1) the SPEC ENGINEERING INC company and/or its subsidiary or affiliated company which are residents of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2) Kyrgyzneftegaz open joint stock company;
3) Kyrgyz Petroleum Company private company.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
