For the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of the state qualification certification of specialists of construction industry, according to Articles 3, 4 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About town planning and architecture of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out the state qualification certification of specialists of construction industry" of February 26, 2021 No. 63 the following changes:
The Regulations on procedure for carrying out the state qualification certification of specialists of construction industry approved by the above-stated resolution to state 1) in edition according to appendix to this resolution;
2) in the List of specialties on which qualification certification of specialists of construction industry is carried out, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 11 with the paragraph the second the following content:
"Certificates on engineering services are issued to specialists with restrictions according to basic education.".
2. Determine that the specialists who received the state qualification certificates before entry into force of this resolution have the right to their prolongation in case of positive interviewing.
3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
