For the purpose of implementation of article 20 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About natural monopolies in the Kyrgyz Republic", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government    of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on funds of development and material security of authorized antimonopoly authorities" of October 25, 2017 No. 700 the following changes:

in the Regulations on funds of development and material security of authorized antimonopoly authorities approved by the above-stated resolution:

- the paragraph one of Item 1 to state in the following edition:

"1. Funds of development and material security of authorized antimonopoly authorities (further - funds) are created for the purpose of strengthening of material and technical resources, creation of necessary conditions for work and ensuring social protection of staff of Service of anti-monopoly regulation under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic and Department on regulation of fuel and energy complex in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - antimonopoly authorities).";

- in the paragraph the second Item 2:

replace figures "10" with figures "15";

the words "to 25 percent" shall be replaced with words "25 percent";

- in Item 3:
