About measures for development of town-planning documentation of settlements of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of providing settlements of the Kyrgyz Republic with town-planning documentation, within program implementation of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on development of master plans of settlements of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2018-2025 approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of August 17, 2017 No. 490, according to Item 10 of part 3 of article 17 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public procurements" articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Determine Department of town planning and architecture under the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Kyrgyz Republic the single supplier of works and services in accomplishment of survey for development of town-planning documentation and development of town-planning documentation of the settlements of the Kyrgyz Republic financed from the government budget and other sources, except for the cities of Bishkek.
2. Determine that state bodies, local government bodies according to their powers or the public, local government offices or the companies, legal entities, 100 percent of shares subordinated to them or shares in which authorized capital belong to the state, conduct procurement of works and services, except for city administration Bishkek, specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
3. To state bodies, local government bodies and the public, local government offices and the companies subordinated to them to take the measures following from this resolution.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
