About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning approval of investing programs of subjects of power industry

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning approval of investing programs of subjects of power industry

1. a) in Item 9:

construction, reconstruction, upgrade and (or) modernization of the power lines and (or) substations listed (specified) in the comprehensive plan of upgrade and expansion of the main infrastructure for the period till 2024 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2018 No. 2101-r.

The investment projects providing actions for construction (installation), reconstruction (upgrade, modernization) of the objects of electric grid economy and facilities for production of electrical energy which are technologically not connected with Power pool system of Russia and technologically isolated territorial electric utility systems do not belong to the investment projects specified in paragraphs one and the second this Item.";

b) the paragraph one of the subitem "e" of Item 16 to state in the following edition:
