About the securities and derivative financial instruments intended for skilled investors

1. The securities intended for skilled investors are the following securities:

securities which issuer (person obliged on which) is person registered in foreign state;

government securities of foreign state;

securities of international financial institutions;

the Russian depositary receipts which certify the property right to certain quantity of the represented securities specified in paragraphs the second - the fourth this Item.

2. Provisions, stipulated in Item 1 this Instruction, are not applied to the following securities:

to securities which issuer (person obliged on which) is person registered in the foreign state which is the member of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - foreign state - the member of EEU), to government securities of foreign state - the member of EEU, to securities of international financial institutions if transfer of payments and accounting it is right and also obligatory centralized storage of the specified securities (centralized accounting of the rights to securities) or maintaining the register of persons performing the rights on such securities is performed by persons registered in the Russian Federation or foreign state - the member of EEU;

to the Russian depositary receipts which certify the property right to certain quantity of the represented securities specified in the paragraph the second this Item.

3. The derivative financial instruments intended for skilled investors are the following derivative financial instruments:
