About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following changes:

To add 1) with Article 87-1 of the following content:

"Article 87-1. Violation of requirements of the legislation on civil responsibility insurance of the employer

Violation or non-execution of requirements of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About obligatory civil liability insurance of the employer for damnification of life and to health of the worker in case of execution of labor (office) obligations by it" -

attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 30 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 130 settlement indicators.";

To add 2) with Article 274-1 of the following content:

"Article 274-1. Violation of safety requirements of operation of hazardous production facilities

Violation or non-execution of requirements of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About obligatory civil liability insurance of the organizations operating hazardous production facilities" -

attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 30 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 130 settlement indicators.".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
