About modification of criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity is estimated and frequency of holding planned actions of the state supervision (control) in the field of protection of the surrounding environment, rational use, reproduction and protection of natural resources by the State ecological inspectorate is determined

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity is estimated and frequency of holding planned actions of the state supervision (control) in the field of protection of the surrounding environment, rational use, reproduction and protection of the natural resources by the State ecological inspectorate approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2019 No. 182 is determined (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 22, the Art. 777), the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except provisions of rather state regulation of genetic and engineering activities, ensuring ecological, genetic, food and biological safety of the state and state control of placement in the market of genetically modified organisms and products which become effective along with the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of genetic and engineering activities and the state control of placement in the market of genetically modified organisms and products".

Changes which are made to criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity is estimated and frequency of holding planned actions of the state supervision (control) in the field of protection of the surrounding environment, rational use, reproduction and protection of natural resources by the State ecological inspectorate is determined

1. In the subitem 2 of Item 1 of the word of "planned activities" shall be replaced with words "the planned activities".

2. To state appendices 1 and 2 to criteria in the following edition:
