1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of implementation of separate types of national passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 12, 2024 No. 167 the following changes:

in the Instruction about procedure for documents acceptance, registration, personification, accounting, issue and destruction of the ID card and the all-civil passport approved by the above-stated resolution:

- to state the subitem 5 of Item 2 in the following edition:

"5) unclaimed passports - the national passports personified in the procedure established by this Instruction behind which receipt the applicant during 1 year from the date of personification in foreign institution or within 6 months from the date of personification in territorial subdivision was not;";

- to add Item 44 after the words "exchange of the ID card" with the words "and/or all-civil passport";

- state Item 49 in the following edition:

"49. Unclaimed ID cards and all-civil passports after 6 months from the date of personification in territorial subdivisions and/or ЦОНах, after 1 year in foreign institutions in AIS are transferred to the status "invalid".

Unclaimed passports are brought to unsuitable state and transferred by territorial subdivision and/or ЦОНом to subordinated division for their subsequent destruction according to the procedure, established by Chapter 7 of this Instruction.
