In approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 18, 2006 No. 391 (Collection of the Legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 4, Article 323 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Article 31, the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 17 of March 7, 2024) "Provision on the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic" to make the following changes;
2.1. To exclude the words "carries out legal expertize, the state accounting and state registration of regulatory legal acts and acts of normative nature" from Item 8.4;
2.2. Add with Items 8.4-1 and 9.5-1 of the following content:
"8.4-1. keeps the State register of legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, carries out obligatory legal expertize of regulatory legal acts of the central executive bodies and acts of normative nature (except for solutions of the Constitutional Court of the Azerbaijan Republic);"
