About modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 6, 2007 No. 586 "About enhancement of safety and effective use of state-owned property"

Make the following changes to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 6, 2007 No. 586 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2007, No. 6, Article 599; 2009, No. 3, Article 163; 2010, No. 2)., Article 80, No. 7, Article 610, No. 5, article 477, No. 2016; 7, Article 1260, Articles 1377, 1384 2018, Article 1200, Article 1351);

1. Approved by this Decree "Rules of Control of Investments in the Privatized and Managed Enterprises" to add with Item 5.4-1:

"5.4-1. The documents or data necessary for receipt of permission to leasing and use of the parcels of land of the state companies, the privatized companies and objects to other physical persons and legal entities, change of purpose, work on construction and reconstruction on these parcels of land is performed through the Information system of the electronic government. These documents or information are not required from the applicant if they can be received in organization. In cases when receipt of such documents or information through the Information system of the electronic government is impossible, their representation is requested from the relevant public institution on demand with the consent of the applicant or by its provision".

2. By "Rules of transfer of the state shares in management of joint-stock companies", approved by the specified Decree:
